So, I put about 160 miles on my car today drive around Minnesota's wonderful roads. First of all about half of the roads are worse that dirt roads and we seem to have drivers that want to do 10 under in the fast lane.

I have a feeling they just want us to stop driving and take trains but you know what, I'm NOT EVER taking a DAMN TRAIN. I will buy a tank that gets 5 gallons to the mile even if gas is $20 a gallon and drive off road. HOW DOES THAT SOUND? Tare up some your "Green Space." Bastards!!!! CO2 is a good thing, so from now on, every time I hear some retard say "We need trains" or "Save the planet" or "Global Warming" or any of that crap, I'm going to burn stuff and put lots and lots of CO2 into the air.

WASHINGTON, Jan. 10 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- An official report from People for The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), submitted nine months after a Virginia government agency's deadline, shows that the animal rights group put to death more than 97 percent of the dogs, cats, and other pets it took in for adoption in 2006. During that year, the well-known animal rights group managed to find adoptive homes for just 12 pets. The nonprofit Center for Consumer Freedom (CCF) is calling on PETA to either end its hypocritical angel-of-death program, or stop its senseless condemnation of Americans who believe it's perfectly ethical to use animals for food, clothing, and critical medical research.

Not counting animals PETA held only temporarily in its spay-neuter program, the organization took in 3,061 "companion animals" in 2006, of which it killed 2,981. According to Virginia's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), the average euthanasia rate for humane societies in the state was just 34.7 percent in 2006. PETA killed 97.4 percent of the animals it took in. The organization filed its 2006 report this month, nine months after the VDACS deadline of March 31, 2007.

"Pet lovers should be outraged," said CCF Director of Research David Martosko. "There are thousands of worthwhile animal shelters that deserve Americans' support. PETA is not one of them."

In courtroom testimony last year, a PETA manager acknowledged that her organization maintains a large walk-in freezer for storing dead animals, and that PETA contracts with a Virginia cremation service to dispose of the bodies. In that trial, two PETA employees were convicted of dumping dead animals in a rural North Carolina trash dumpster.

Today in Southampton County, Virginia, another PETA employee will face felony charges in a dog-napping case. Andrea Florence Benoit Harris was arrested in late 2006 for allegedly abducting a hunting dog and attempting to transport it to PETA's Norfolk headquarters.

"PETA raised over $30 million last year," Martosko added, "and it's using that money to kill the only flesh-and-blood animals its employees actually see. The scale of PETA's hypocrisy is simply staggering."

This would specifically allow carry on all forms of public transit, nationwide. The standard of permission shall be all citizens who may legally own a firearm.

I will aggressively seek legislation regarding the following proposals:

Call for immediate repeal of "Fill-In-The-Blank"Crime laws such as "Hate crime" etc. If it's a crime, its a crime. If it's not its not, it doesn't need a stupid label.
Any law that crosses my desk creating a new class of infraction will be summarily vetoed. Fraud is fraud, prosecute it under fraud law. Assault is assault, it doesn't matter why its committed. However, bills strengthening penalties for existing crime laws will be given special attention.
Call for immediate repeal of all taxes against military personnel. This would include repeal of all federal income taxes on income derived from active duty service or retirement pensions from military service. This would apply to members of military only. Non-military spouses etc. would not have this exemption. IOW, if you wear the uniform, you are exempt from all taxes, if you are not the one wearing the uniform, you are not likewise exempt.
Social Security shall be repealed. All funds that are currently held as "IOUs" shall be repayed and disbursed as currently provided for. After those monies are depleted, the SSA shall be disbanded. Monies paid into Social Security, that have not been drawn upon shall be returned to payees in the form of "Dollar for Dollar" tax breaks.
No taxes may be levied for "Social Programs". Federal taxes may only be levied for public works projects, as approved by vote of the populace, National defense, or the operation of a minimal Federal Government.
Any increase in type, structure or amount of Federal tax must be passed by a vote of the general populace in the next election cycle in the same manner as an amendment to the Constitution of These United States.
States shall be allowed to enact any law, so long as it does not infringe on any element of the Constitution of These United States. This includes taxation without representation. IE, no state may levy a tax on anyone who is not a citizen of said state in any form of commerce.
Posse Commitatus shall be strictly adhered to, including the use of National Guard units on American Soil, including its protectorates, territories and commonwealths.
Border patrols units and personnel shall be authorized to use all force necessary to protect the sovereignty and sanctity of the borders of These United States.
The use of "Plea Bargains" shall not be allowed in the pursuit of convictions of Federal crimes.
Treason Laws shall be strictly enforced, including the "Aiding and abetting enemies" clause as it relates to media personalities, organizations and Federal employees, including but not limited to Congressmen, Cabinet members and members of the military.
The use of private organizations shall be expressly forbidden in military conflicts.
Federal monies shall not be used in any form or manner to assist business, groups or individuals in any manner, whether business or personal. This includes subsidies, loans, grants or tax breaks.
The "Line item veto" for Federal budgets shall be immediately instituted.
The United States of America shall immediately withdraw its participation in the United Nations, and all United Nations offices in the United States shall be closed within 90 days. All monies owed to the United States, individual states and municipalities shall be due and payable immediately. All United Nations buildings and facilities shall be sold at auction to the highest bidder within 6 months of vacation, after damages and maintenance are paid for by the responsible member states.
The United States shall immediately consider any treaty limiting its authority to pursue with all vigorous action against terrorists, supporting states and organizations or individuals null and void.
Any duty, tax or tariff against any product produced in the United States, levied by any foreign power shall be immediately met with a likewise fee, with the addition of fees to include enforcement and collection, added by 50%.
All churches, or religious organizations shall be tax exempt, so long as they leave all books open for public examination. "For profit" enterprises, held under control of such organizations, shall not be tax exempt under this clause. Tax exemption shall apply only to voluntary donations to such organizations. Property used for places of worship or training are likewise exempt. Dues, fees or membership costs shall not be considered voluntary for the purposes of this law. Colleges, universities, or places of learning not solely related to religious instruction are not tax exempt for the purposes of this law.
No church, religious organization or group may be prosecuted for espousing its beliefs. This includes commentary regarding the laws, policies, personnel or organization of Federal Government.
In keeping with my staunch pro-choice beliefs, I believe that everyone involved in the premature ending of another life before birth deserves a fully informed input in the process and be allowed their own freedom of choice. To that end abortion shall only be allowed if the following conditions are met:
- The life in question must be raised to full legal age of consent as prescribed by existing Federal law with regards to vote.
- Upon reaching such age, a hearing shall be held under the auspices of a neutral, impartial third party arbitrator, whereby each side shall be allowed to present its points. (For purposes if this legislation, "Both parties" include both birth parents and the offspring).
- No hearing may be held until both parents and affected offspring can be located and meet at a mutually agreed upon location.
- If all parties come to the agreement that the life of the offspring shall be terminated, the parents may at their discretion end the life of their mature adult offspring, they will however be arrested, charged with, tried for, and if found guilty, be executed for pre-meditated murder.
- The sole exception to this process would the imminent danger of significantly life-threatening physical harm to the mother if the pregnancy were carried to full term.
Lawsuits seeking monetary relief shall be limited to documented costs, or reasonably calculated loss of wages, use of property etc. "Pain and Suffering" shall not be considered a "cost" for purposes of this law.
"Eminent Domain" seizures must be directly related to national defense, and be compensated at current monetary value on the open market, and at no time shall be lower than taxed value.
Attacks on American citizens or entities, at home or abroad, conducted by the personnel of, or groups representing, or groups or individuals directly or tacitly approved, sponsored or supported by any foreign entity shall be considered a declaration of war, and will be likewise responded to."
